What's the best way to sell your stuff???
In-person Auctions
15 years ago, In-person auctions were great! So was MySpace and 3g internet. Considerations for in-person auctions:
- What happens if it rains, or it's 95 degrees?
- Getting 40 bidders to an in-person auction is a high number and they are limited to their cash on hand since there is a premium for using your credit card.
- Have to rent portable bathrooms, costing you money.
- Requires a large amount of staff for a long day, also costing money.
- Theft is common.
- Need food for the bidders that will be at your place for the next six hours.
- Parking availability, not just for the 40 bidders, but also for their helpers, gawkers, and tire kickers.
- Enjoy the yard repair afterwards.
- Need the room to stage the items on trailers / tables.
- You get to clean up all the leftover stuff.
Online Auctions

About the process
>When you call us at 262-923-0369, I will ask some basic questions about the situation, what you are looking to sell and why.
>I will recommend that I meet, free of charge, at the location of the items so I can see what you want to auction off. It is difficult to give an accurate estimate of the process or cost without seeing things in person.
>When we meet I will be able to give you an accurate estimate on the best way to conduct the auction, the cost involved and the timeline.
>I will explain what we do:
- Packing and moving items if needed
- Photographing each lot
- Listing the lots
- Listing and advertising the auction
- Meeting bidders for previewing items
- Conducting multiple days of pickup for the items
- Packing and shipping lots when requested by buyer, at their cost
- We can donate, re-list, dispose of, or return any no-sales, it's your decision

After buying at auctions for many years, I too needed the service of an auction company to sell a loved ones estate. After getting the same replies of "it's going to be 5 months out" and "we only take 40% commisson plus $30 per hour per person working plus..." or sometimes worse!
So I decided to start my own company. My first auction was exciting, long and I learned a lot. I'm now looking to help others who are in my shoes by offering cheap, quality services in a reasonable timeframe. I do this for the love of auctioneering and am joined by my lovely(and tolerant) wife, my parents and my son.
